We have been in the well drilling and HDD boring business for the last 52 years, and proudly serve the water well drilling needs and boring needs of homeowners, businesses, and builder contractors throughout Southeast Minnesota.  Our goal is to provide a safe, reliable, long-term water service and other boring needs for you in the residential, commercial, municipality, and agricultural industries.

Peterson Well Drilling, Inc. is owned and operated by Shawn Peterson, a second-generation well driller, and his wife, Shari. The company was founded in 1971 by Shawn's parents, Jeff and Angela Peterson. Shawn began to work with his father when he was in high school at the Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, location and continued after attending college. Shawn and his family moved to the Rochester area in 2001 where the business has been growing and thriving. We are celebrating 52 years in business in 2023!

 

The company specializes in water well drilling, geothermal drilling, pump sales, installation and repair service, sealing wells, and chlorinating wells.
